Balances of tropical, melon and citrus fruit with light herbal notes, medium-bodied with a fresh finish. This tasty, medium-bodied wine makes for ideal everyday drinking. Yarden Mount Hermon White was produced from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc along with a small portion of Semillon, all grown in the Golan heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wine grape varieties. Cold fermentation retains the natural fruity and floral qualities characteristic of these varieties.
