The Hess Collection’s entry range, called Grand Circle. The grapes, which were fermented majority in stainless steel, with a bit fermented in oak, came from the Green Valley AVA and a bit from Monterey. The light yellow-gold wine had an aroma of peach, melon and citrus, with some red and green apple; in the mouth it is fresh and well-rounded.
