Chilling drinks quickly and keeping them cold is no longer a problem using the Rapid Ice! The amazing Rapid Ice Coolers can best be described as super cold flexible ice jackets. They can, when taken from the freezer, simply be slipped over the bottle. The contents will be chilled after 5 minutes and stays cool for hours. The coolers are unbreakable and reusable.

W I N E M A K I N G : The Merlot vineyard was hand harvested in mid- to late March. The fruit underwent whole-berry fermentation at 16–28° Celsius, followed by an extended maceration. The length of the maceration period varied depending on the development of the lots, averaging just over two weeks but in some cases stretching to 20 days. The wine aged for fourteen months in 51% French and 49% American oak barrels (91% new). Clarification occurred naturally as the wine settled during ageing; it was then only lightly filtered at bottling.
