Shipping & Returns
Delivery- and Shipping Costs
Delivery commences within 1-3 working days after we have received your payment to our bank account. Should the ordered items not be available on time the customer will be informed by e-mail. IMPORTANT: Please enter your order number on the bank transfer formulary.
Delivery Costs
All of our products are distributed via our post office. Our standard packaging and shipping charge for deliveries within Germany is EUR 3,50 (for deliveries up to a maximum weight of 30kg). Of course we also deliver abroad, the packaging and shipping charge will be shown in the overview at the end of your order transaction. Should no statement appear in the overview then the packaging and shipping charge should be requested beforehand by e-mail service@colovino.com.
Exchange/ Return of Goods
An exchange without providing reasons can be done within 14 days of receiving the goods. The products must be unused and still in their original packaging! Return delivery costs for order values of EUR 40,- or higher will be refunded to your bank account.
We do not accept carriage forward consignments or returns with insufficiently paid for postage! Should a return on our costs be necessary – e.g. because of incorrectly delivered goods – then send the package back to us via post and we will refund the postal charges. To avoid unnecessary costs we request prior arrangement via e-mail.
Important Notice
Despite all our careful handling the shipment could take damage during transport. In this case we will of course replace the damaged items at our costs.
Please note the following procedures:
Transport damages must be complained to the supplier immediately upon receipt of the goods. Shortly thereafter you must inform the Colovino shop about the damage. If you wish to return the goods inform us beforehand via e-mail or fax.
