Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your contractual agreement - if you receive the goods prior to expiration - without providing information of reasons within 14 days in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in text form but no sooner than the customer receives the goods (in case of recurring deliveries of the same type of goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) nor before fulfilment of our duties to inform according to art. 246 §2 BGB (German Civil Code) in conjunction with §1 para 1 and 2  EGBGB (Introductory Law of the Civil Code) and our information obligation according § 312g Para. 1 Cl. 1 BGB in conjunction with art. 246 §3 EGBGB. In order to ensure that the withdrawal takes place within the withdrawal period it is sufficient to dispatch the revocation or goods in time. The revocation must be sent to:

Withdrawal Consequences:

In the event of effective withdrawal, the services received by either party shall be returned and any benefits that may have been accrued (e.g. interest) shall be refunded. Should you not be able to return the goods or only return them partially or in a deteriorated condition then you will be obligated to provide compensation accordingly. In the case of goods surrendered this does not apply if the deterioration of the goods can be attributed exclusively to the examination of the item - such as would have been possible for you e.g. in a retail shop. Apart from that you can avoid the compensation obligation by not taking the goods into use as an owner and refrain from undertaking anything to reduce its value. Goods that can be shipped in parcels should be returned. Goods that cannot be shipped in parcels will be picked up on your premises.

You are obligated to pay for the return postage costs yourself if the received goods correspond with your order and the price of the goods does not exceed EUR 50,- and in case of a higher value, if the customer has not provided a return service, the payment or a partial payment in accordance with the contractual agreement at the time of the withdrawal. Otherwise, returning the goods is free of charge for you. You must fulfil your obligation for the reimbursement of payments within 30 days after submitting your withdrawal notice.

Special Indications

1.1 Your right of withdrawal expires early, if your contracting party has started its services before the end of the revocation term with your explicit agreement or when you yourself have arranged this (e.g. by downloads, etc.).
